Located on our lower deck, oceanfront alongside the dunes, the Barefoot Beach Bar is a favorite summertime spot for guests and locals alike. Just a step off the beach and you can enjoy lunch with family and friends, featuring our light fare menu items such as burgers, dogs, wraps, fries and complemented with ice cold drinks. We also offer a full assortment of sodas, beer, wine, cocktails, frozen specialty drinks and more.

CANCELLATION OR EARLY DEPARTURE
If you have to cancel your reservation or depart early from the hotel, you will be charged in keeping with our standard cancellation policies. Please call 0 for more information on cancellation or early departure.
The Dunes Manor Hotel & Suites will hold funds on the debit/credit card presented for:
- Room & Tax equal to the number of nights booked on your reservation
- An electronic authorization will be taken on your debit card of the amount of $75 per day for incidentals that occur with your stay
Additional electronic authorization will be taken as necessary should actual charges exceed the estimate, or should the estimate increase.
Please understand that these authorizations will reduce any available credit line or bank balance you have on the card presented. Once obtained, the Hotel cannot cause authorizations to be released. Funds held will be released when actual charges appear on your bank card account, 3-5 business days after departure. Funds not used will expire automatically however, depending on the card issuer; this could take up to 21 days. The hotel is not responsible for any losses or expenses associated with fund availability due to valid authorizations. By presenting your credit/debit card to the hotel, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and fully understand this process.

The Victorian Room is open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner daily with a spectacular view of the ocean and dunes. Sit inside or enjoy the summer breezes just outside on the verandah at Milton’s.
Zippy Lewis Lounge serves light fare and appetizers and you can take advantage of indoor or outdoor season seating areas.
Barefoot Beach Bar is located on the lower deck and open during season for tasty burgers and beer.
Room Service is available at the Dunes Manor Hotel only.
Please wear a cover-up when passing through the hotel in bathing suits. Please do not sit on lobby furniture in wet swimsuits. Appropriate attire is requested. For your safety, shoes are to be worn at all times.
Exercise Room is located in the hallway by the pool entrance; your room key is needed for entry.

The oceanfront Verrazano Room offers beautiful meeting space for up to 65 guests. Four oceanfront studio suites are perfect for breakout meetings or hospitality rooms.

The indoor/outdoor swimming pool is open daily from 9:00am to 10:00pm. There is no lifeguard on duty. The pool entrance is located off of the main lobby. The jacuzzi is located in the pool area and there is a spacious outdoor deck as well. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Room key is needed for entry to the pool and jacuzzi.

WAKE UP CALLS

Your safety and security are of the utmost concern to us. Please familiarize yourself with the Safety Guidelines provided below. If a security need arises, please contact the Front Desk for immediate attention.
- Don't answer the door in your hotel room without first verifying who it is. If a person claims to be an employee, call the Front Desk and ask if a staff member has been sent or authorized for access to your room and for what purpose.
- We will never call you in your room and ask for your credit card information over the phone. Never provide credit card information to anyone from your guest room phone.
- All entry doors are locked at 11:00 pm nightly except the main front entrance. When returning to the hotel in the late evening, use the main front entrance. Be observant and look around before entering the parking lots.
- Close the door securely whenever you are in your room, and use all of the locking devices provided.
- Don't needlessly display guest room keys in public or leave them on restaurant tables, at the swimming pool, or other places where they can easily be taken.
- Don't invite strangers to your room.
- Place all valuables in the safe located in your room.
- Do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
- Check to see that any connecting room doors are locked.
- If you see any suspicious activity, please report it to management.
Please review the Fire Evacuation Plan posted in the elevator lobby on your floor so that you are prepared, in case you are required to evacuate.
When you hear an alarm sound, act immediately, don't investigate.
If the fire is in your guest room: Get out and close the door. Once out, report the fire immediately by calling 911 and notifying staff, if possible. Use stairways to exit the building, DO NOT use the elevator.
If the fire is not in your guest room: Leave immediately if you can.
First, feel the door, if it's cool, open it slowly and quickly go to the nearest EXIT.
If the door is hot, DO NOT open it. Your room may be the safest place to be. Seal all cracks around the door with wet towels, shut off fans and signal out your window. Dial 911 to call the fire department and wait to be rescued.
